Since its founding in 2002, Odyssian Technology has developed technology and product demonstrations for private business, corporations, the U.S. federal government, and the Indiana Economic Development Corporation. Highly innovative technology and product demonstrations have resulted and a significant portfolio of intellectual property (IP) has been created. When developing technology for private business and corporations, the commercial-use rights to any newly created intellectual property may be assigned to the sponsoring business or corporation. A majority of Odyssian Technology's intellectual property portfolio has been developed under U.S. government, State of Indiana, and Odyssian funding with ownership and full rights assigned to Odyssian Technology. The U.S. government has retained government-use rights with some of the new IP developed under U.S. government funding.
