About the Company

Odyssian Technology is a high technology company focused on technology innovation and creative product development related to smart composite structures, smart [in-dwelling] power distribution systems, and highly integrated sensor networks and control systems. Odyssian is involved in developing technology and products for both the military and commercial marketplace. Exciting work is underway in the development of novel power access and control systems for use in military shelters, and a smart oil & gas (O&G) pipeline system capable of point-of-source leak detection and health monitoring.

About the Opportunity

The selected candidate will be responsible for Marketing and Sales of Odyssian Technology products and services.  Product sales will involve introducing new products to both the military and non-military markets that include custom engineered smart piping/sealing systems and custom engineered intelligent power distribution systems, as well as other custom engineered products related Odyssian's current technology portfolio. Marketing and sales of services will include offering technical service to the U.S. Government and corporations to conduct research & development, product development, and prototyping.   

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a four year marketing degree and at least two years of technical sales and marketing experience.

• It is preferred that the candidate has experience and contacts that would be useful in selling smart pipeline and intelligent in-dwelling power distribution system.

• Candidate must be highly proficient in MS Office and other programs needed to develop and execute a Marketing Plan/Study.

• Candidate must be self motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills.

• Candidate must have strong organization skills and pay close attention to detail.

• Candidate must have a strong work ethic and an inherent ability to work within a team environment.

• Candidate must have strong writing and oral communications skills.
