Smart Pipe/Smart Seal                                        

Odyssian Technology offers engineered containment systems involving the use of its patented integrated leak detection technology.

Smart Pipe   These advanced piping systems have structurally integrated sensors and circuitry that detects leakage of its contents. Smart Piping Systems can be designed to allow for detection of ‘leak progression’, which detects a potential leak before a leak occurs into the environment.  These systems can substantially reduce the cost and time for repair by not only indicating that a leak exists, but by also providing the location of a leak.  Systems can be engineered to include sensors that also provide monitoring of system health and environmental conditions.

Smart Seal  This product detects leaks in a pipeline at its most vulnerable spots, the connections between individual pipes and components. Patent pending Smart Seal technology involves the integration of leak detection sensors into seals and gaskets. 

Use of the Smart Pipe with Smart Seal greatly reduces the possibility of leakage within a piping system.  Uses that can best benefit from this technology include systems that contain toxic, corrosive, and environmentally damaging chemicals.
